1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of productise.co and to any call you book through it. If you become a client, the specific terms of your program are set out in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

2. Our services

Productise offers coaching and consulting for people who want to build and grow a digital product business. We provide guidance, frameworks, feedback and support. You remain responsible for your own decisions, the products you create and how you run your business.

3. Strategy calls

Calls booked through this website are free and without obligation. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may decline or cancel a call at our discretion.

4. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any income, sales or other result. Outcomes depend on your effort, skills, market and circumstances. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our programs (videos, text, templates, frameworks, logos and designs) belongs to Iterson Media or its licensors. You may use program materials for your own business, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

6. Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. To the extent permitted by law, Iterson Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or its content. Our total liability in connection with any paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Noord-Holland, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
