This website (productise.co) is operated by Iterson Media, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 96370696, VAT number NL005238755B68, based in Haarlem, the Netherlands. Productise is a trade name used by Iterson Media. Contact: hello@productise.co.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Iterson Media is the data controller for personal data processed through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

• Booking data: when you book a call, we receive your name, email address, the time you chose and any answers you give in the booking form.
• Communication data: the content of emails or messages you send us, and notes we take during a call.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic browser information, processed by our hosting provider and by embedded services (see below) to deliver the website.
• Advertising data: if you arrive through one of our ads, the ad platform may share aggregated, non-identifying performance data with us.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To schedule and hold the call you booked, and to follow up on it (steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To deliver our coaching and consulting services if you become a client (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep invoices and records we are legally required to keep (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)); Dutch tax law requires us to keep these for 7 years.
• To run and improve the website and our marketing (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)), or where required, with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Third parties we use

We share data only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Netlify (website hosting)
• TidyCal (call booking)
• YouTube / Google (embedded video, in privacy-enhanced mode) and Google Fonts (typefaces)
• Zoom or Google Meet (video calls)
• Email and payment providers, when you become a client

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Booking and communication data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client and financial records are kept for 7 years as required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@productise.co and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
